SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

We know you’re excited to get your goodies! Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order hits the road, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship within Canada trusted carriers. Delivery time usually ranges between 3–10 business days, depending on your location (Please note: Rural areas or remote locations might take a few extra days — even ponies get tired sometimes 😉)

Shipping is free for orders over $150.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors, your local post office, or your front porch one more time (we’ve all been there). Still no luck? Reach out — we’ll help however we can!

Wrong Address

Double-check your shipping info before placing your order — we can’t reroute packages once they’ve shipped. If you realize there’s an issue right after ordering, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to fix it before it heads out.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Window

We want you to love your purchase — but if it’s not quite your style, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Please include your order number when requesting a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories (like hats, hair clips, etc.)

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Send us an email at hello@northernbelleboutique.ca with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send over the return instructions and shipping address.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you’re lookin’ to swap sizes, shoot us a message first to make sure your desired size is still in stock! We’ll help you wrangle that perfect fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Oh no! If something arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll make it right — pinky promise.

We’re a small, independently-run boutique — every order means the world to us. We do our best to get your items out quick and in perfect condition, but sometimes the wild west of shipping has its bumps. Thanks for ridin’ along with us!
