We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Jewelry, sale items, and accessories may be final sale — please check each listing for details.

Boot returns will only be accepted if unworn with soles fully intact. Please only try on indoors to ensure proper fit.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We move fast around here! If you catch us within a few hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to make changes. Once it’s shipped, though, we can’t wrangle it back — but returns are always an option (if eligible).
